This position reports to:
EL Sales Support Manager- Commercial Operations __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Marketing, Sales is preferred but not required. Someone with significant relevant experience in lieu of degree would be accepted for this position. 5+ years of experience in Proposals, Field Application, Engineering (preferably working with Switchgears, in the Electrical/Electrification/Power Generation industries, or with other similar products) Previous experience working for or with Proposals Teams serving the different Markets/Countries. Highly adept in Product Configurators, Sales Force. Successful candidates for this role will possess outside the box thinking, problem solving focus, and Continuous Improvement Mindset. You are at ease communicating in English, Spanish will be a plus. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. Why ABB?
