Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of commercial licensing commitments across multiple projects and geographiesEstablish and maintain executive-level relationships with nuclear regulators including the NRC, CNSC, PAA, and other international regulatory bodies, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation authorityChampion nuclear safety culture and LEAN maturity across the organization, setting and enforcing zero-defect, zero-violation, and zero-incidents.
Build and develop a high-performing licensing organization by overseeing talent acquisition, qualifications, mentoring programs, professional development plans, and workforce planningInstill a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability by setting clear expectations for daily management, schedule adherence, effective communication, and responsiveness to customers and regulatorsDirect cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, project managers, and senior leadership to align licensing strategies with business and commercial objectivesOversee the development, review, approval, and submission of licensing documents, regulatory correspondence, and topical reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across all submittalsMonitor the evolving global regulatory landscape and develop licensing strategies, communicate licensing risks, opportunities, and challenges to executive leadership in a timely and concise manner to enable proactive decision-makingManage licensing budgets, resource allocation, and workplan development to ensure achievable commitments with well-defined tasks, milestones, and effort estimatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in nuclear regulated design, operations or licensing.
At least 8 years of experience in a leadership/management role with significant scope and responsibility.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
