This role will provide technical leadership across IAM platforms with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and AI identity management . What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and enhance complex enterprise identity and security solutions with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and modern identity management. Lead IAM engineering initiatives, contribute to platform roadmaps, and help define long-term architecture and operational strategies. Establish and enforce technical standards, security best practices, and scalable engineering patterns across identity platforms. Drive improvements in platform performance, security, scalability, reliability, and automation while providing technical guidance on complex engineering decisions. Serve as a technical leader and mentor, partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Engineering teams while helping develop junior engineers. What Gets You the

Job:

6+ years of relevant IAM, security engineering, platform engineering, or related technical experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory is required , including designing and supporting secure enterprise identity environments. Hands-on AI identity management experience is required , including securing, governing, or managing identities and access associated with AI platforms, agents, workloads, or services. Strong experience designing secure and scalable environments, leading complex engineering initiatives, and influencing enterprise architecture and technical standards. Proven technical leadership, problem-solving, mentoring, and platform ownership capabilities; advanced cloud, security engineering, IAM, or automation certifications are preferred.
