Job Description
An established, employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking a Senior Pursuit Strategy Coordinator to support continued growth in Ohio (REMOTE). With a strong national presence and integrated services across engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting, the firm delivers complex projects from concept through completion. Known for its collaborative culture and design-focused approach, the business offers a stable platform with clear career progression. Role Summary This position plays a key role in leading proposal strategy, marketing initiatives, and business development support . You will drive the creation of compelling, compliant submissions while shaping branding and marketing efforts across the business. Working closely with technical teams and leadership, you will oversee pursuits, manage marketing deliverables, and mentor junior staff, supporting high-quality outputs and client engagement.
