Job Duties:
Responsible for implementing strong and sustainable governance for project management structures and processes across divisions and product lines. Optimize global PM standards (GDPEP) through integrated and aligned cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Launch & Operations, Supply Management, Quality, Sales, and Controlling. Provide frameworks and guidance for operational program management, establish KPIs to evaluate commercial and technical success, and deliver regular updates to the Board of Management. Drive risk management through early detection and accountability, enhance efficiency in managing critical programs, and lead the program management executive group to foster excellence. Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices and lessons learned across all programs. A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available.
