The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Brief Description of Department - Enterprise Real Estate Services has an opening for a Project Delivery planner. This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery, Project Managers and Project Leadership.

What You Will do:

The Construction Project Delivery Planner duties will include, but are not limited to: Creating and managing contractor daily badging authorizations/inputs and yearly picture update for badging. Creating and managing site asset protection requests. General support of the Enterprise Real Estate Services Project Delivery Project Managers including supporting running project financial reports, supporting project close out, project as-builts, and project updates.

Qualifications You Must Have:

This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction, drafting/design, facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant experience. In the absence of a bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree will be considered. Experience or knowledge of general construction process (maintenance, electrical, mechanical building and factory machining or equipment support, manufacturing support, database support . Experience or working knowledge of SAP or related software to create purchase requisitions. Experience working with Construction Project Managers to create purchase requisitions Experience or knowledge of a standard construction close out process.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
