Job Description

You will report directly to our Vice President of Global Engineering & Projects and you will work out of our Rosemont location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your expertise in engineering program management and your ability to drive results and meet challenging goals will play a crucial role in the company's success and its ability to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited engineering institution 8+ years of experience in engineering program management Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget Strong experience in Conceptual and Basic Engineering design (Schedule A) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
