    • Key Responsibilities
    • + •Lead quality efforts across

    product lines
    • by interfacing between engineering, supply chain, and product line teams at the part-number and supplier level, including managing multiple parts and suppliers where needed to reduce MRB, improve delivery, and where necessary improve MRB first time yield through DCMA. +
    • Support customer delivery and performance communications
    • by partnering with Integrated Manufacturing and the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration Leader on part-specific and process-specific deep dives. +
    • Develop and implement quality strategies
    • for critical hardware, including suppliers and initiatives that impact more than one CTE product line. +
    • Identify and resolve constraints
    • that impact Clear to Build (CTB) and Operational Output Targets (OOT) for engines and spares, using data-driven analysis and structured problem solving. +
    • Apply sound judgment and technical expertise
    • to solve complex tasks, make data-supported decisions, and prioritize actions across multiple programs. +
    • Use data to target the most impactful problems
    • across CTE product lines and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts that result in implemented and sustained countermeasures. +
    • Mentor and coach colleagues with less experience

    • Required Qualifications

    • in related fields such as procurement, planning, manufacturing, or fulfillment.

    • The base pay range for this position is 133,400.
    00-178,250.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary. This posting is expected to close on May 15th, 2026.
