Active Directory Engineer:

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 4 years of experience working with enterprise systems, technologies, or infrastructure At least 1 year of hands-on technical support experience in a production environment Strong experience administering and maintaining directory services environments Proficiency with Windows Server administration Ability to troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues Experience supporting patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills/Experience of the Technology Analyst -

Active Directory Engineer:

Experience with identity and access management tools and privileged access platforms Familiarity with cloud-based directory solutions Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) for automation Knowledge of backup and recovery tools for directory services Understanding of security, compliance, and risk documentation practices Responsibilities of the Technology Analyst -

Active Directory Engineer:

Provide operational support for identity and directory service platforms Administer, maintain, and optimize directory services environments Perform troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and routine system maintenance Execute password management processes and support scheduled system changes Participate in on-call rotation, including validation of system performance after changes Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

Work Location:

Hybrid work schedule in Columbia, SC with onsite requirements Tuesday through Thursday and additional days as needed. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation that may include weekend support. Compensation /
