Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make an impact supporting students' educational and emotional growth in a dynamic contract role near Boiling Springs, SC. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) is ideal for passionate, licensed professionals eager to contribute within a diverse K-12 setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid South Carolina School Psychologist license (School Psych II required) Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload across K-12 grade levels Commitment to providing ethical, student-centered psychological services
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and support educational planning Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective interventions and recommendations Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expertise in developing individualized education programs Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Serve as a resource on crisis intervention, behavioral strategies, and social-emotional supports within the school community
