This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish. Pay $110,000-$125,000 Key Responsibilities Oversee project budgeting and scheduling Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage and track project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, schedules, and files Handle Change Order Requests Assist with project closeout and safety documentation for submission to general contractors and clients Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, general contractors, and project owners Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects valued at $1M+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required) Ability to review project plans, specifications, and requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Health insurance 401(k)
