Develop and maintain schedules and action plans for parallel projects launching new and updated powersports products into production. Coordinate design changes, tools and fixtures, equipment programming, parts lists, budgets, drawings, and project-status presentations to support timely assembly implementation. Responsibilities Develop and maintain new-model project schedules and department action plans. Review and track design changes affecting assembly; determine change-point impacts and plan responses. Lead design and procurement of tools and fixtures for new-model implementation. Program equipment for new and existing models and confirm bill-of-material accuracy. Create project budgets, master parts lists, parts illustrations, and outsourced assembly drawings. Prepare and deliver project status presentations to management.
