Engineering Manager:

10+ years of technology delivery experience supporting large-scale digital, e-commerce, or customer-facing platforms 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, distributed systems, modern web applications) Working knowledge of technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, CDN, and observability (hands-on coding not required) Proven ability to establish structure, remove blockers, drive decisions, and improve delivery predictability in an Agile/Product model What's in it for you?
