An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Relocation assistance provided (mileage reimbursement and U-Haul trailer) This Co-op role will be a part of our Consumer Packaging Division locatedin Chestnut Hill, Tennessee To become an Co-op with Sonoco, here are a few things we're looking for: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or master's degree program with a concentration in Automation, Electrical or Information Systems Engineering.

Previous Co-op experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)

Proven leadership experience

Technical aptitude

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Undergraduate Business/Non-Technical Degrees:

Senior $4,350

Junior $4,100

Sophomore $3,900

Freshman $3,700 Monthly base salary for

Sophomore $4,300
