Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an individual to focus on designing and optimizing complex airline network routings and volume flows, requiring a combination of analytical thinking, operational awareness, and strategic problem?solving. You will help build and adjust airline schedules while balancing aircraft availability, fleet positioning, crew resources, facility constraints, market demand, and time?sensitive volume requirements, with an understanding of how decisions impact both immediate execution and long?term network strategy. Key Responsibilities Apply data analytics, operations research, and modeling techniques to solve volume flow constraints and optimize routing decisions Manage network flow across hub?and?spoke and point?to?point systems, ensuring facility capacity and arrival/departure windows are met Design and evaluate scenarios across short?, mid?, and long?term planning horizons Analyze historical and forecasted data to project demand, evaluate capacity, and identify risks or bottlenecks Support network performance and growth planning using forecasted volumes, actual results, profitability, and on?time metrics Develop understanding of fleet routing and aircraft balancing across the network Maintain awareness of regulatory constraints such as airport slots and international overflight permissions Recognize ripple effects of scheduling changes across crew assignments, gate availability, and fleet utilization Collaborate with cross?functional teams including Engineering, Fleet Planning, Crew Planning, and Finance Use advanced Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, or similar platforms Minimum Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience (level/title is adjusted based on experience and capability) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
