Job Description

Civil Project Manager Opportunity A well-established and growing heavy civil construction company is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead infrastructure and site development projects from preconstruction through final completion. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking for long-term career growth with a company that has a solid backlog of work and a strong reputation in the industry. Key Responsibilities Manage heavy civil and site development projects through all phases of construction Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, municipalities, and clients Review contracts, grading plans, utility layouts, specifications, and project documents Oversee scheduling, permitting, procurement, project tracking, and documentation Supervise earthwork operations, underground utilities, excavation, and cut/fill activities Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction Strong background in sitework, grading, underground utilities, excavation, and earthwork Ability to interpret civil drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience working alongside heavy equipment operations preferred Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package based on experience Company vehicle and gas card provided Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays Retirement and pension benefits Long-term advancement opportunities with a growing contractor 📩 Apply today megan.cantone@gogpac.com
