Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Systems, or related) 10+ years leading complex engineering projects Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong project management and leadership skills Background in highly regulated industries such as: Nuclear Energy Aerospace Defense Advanced Manufacturing Preferred Experience DOE or National Laboratory projects EPC project delivery Professional Engineer (PE) Large infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects Nuclear or advanced energy systems
