Pampa, TX, United States | Data Center Group SUMMARY Mortenson's Power Delivery Group seeks an experienced Electrical Manager Iand II to lead projects with flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism. Responsibilities include anticipating and solving problems, managing project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing exceptional service. This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall financial health of projects Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections Allocate project estimate into financial system and determine cost codes Approve invoices and manage budget decisions Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment Create monthly owner billings Manage subcontracts and suppliers, including contract buyouts Oversee budget and select trade partners and suppliers Manage Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including job assignments and career development
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field Minimum eight years of electrical construction management and/or electrical design experience Minimum one year of experience with project completion from mobilization to turnover Proficiency in medium and high voltage technical knowledge Specialized knowledge/experience in electrical control, substations, t-line, etc. Current driver's license Knowledge of NEC code and NE safety code Strong teamwork, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Detail-oriented to manage multiple project tasks Basic understanding of construction law and business practices Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Project, and web applications Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies Active listening skills and effective communication Ability to travel up to 100% Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans Electrical Manager
I MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Eight years of electrical construction management and/or electrical design experience Minimum one year of experience with project completion from mobilization to turnover The base pay range for this role is $125,600

II MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Eight years of electrical construction management and/or electrical design experience Minimum two years of experience with project completion from mobilization to turnover The base pay range for this role is $144,300
- $216,500 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL
- 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR
- 10%, Washington, D.C.

5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
