Job Description

What to Expect Tesla Energy is looking for an exceptional Engineering Leader for its next generation Energy flagship product. This role requires a strong technical contributor who can execute and lead - balancing hands-on engineering work with building a high performing team. Role responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of overall equipment efficiency (OEE), development of mechanisms to foster continuous improvement, and performance management of teams. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing manufacturing processes, and mentoring others, all while delivering innovative solutions that enable growth.
