Job Description

About the Role A growing civil engineering firm is seeking an Engineering-in-Training (EIT) to join its land development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of local projects ranging from large-scale master-planned communities to commercial and municipal developments. The firm emphasizes smart, sustainable growth while maintaining a strong, collaborative, and in-person culture. Engineers benefit from hands-on project exposure, including regular site visits and involvement across all phases of design and delivery.
