What You Bring Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering (or closely related field) 5-7 years of project engineering management experience , with proven people/team leadership, this is a leadership role, not a lead/senior engineer looking to step into management for the first time Background in foundry or casting operations (investment casting preferred, but other casting/foundry backgrounds, e.g., sand casting, die casting are welcome), or experience in a melt/furnace-based manufacturing environment (e.g., CNC/fabrication shops with melt processes) Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, work plans, and technical documentation Strong mathematical, analytical, and practical problem-solving skills Working knowledge of tooling, materials, machining, and manufacturing practices Comfortable in a hands-on plant/manufacturing environment Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes) Nice to
