Day Shift Help for . An Engineering Manager is needed in El Paso, Texas. Job duties Direct and coordinate engineering activities related to the planning, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for automotive components. Manage and evaluateengineering operations to improve material flow, resource utilization, product durability, and cost efficiency across production systems. Develop and implement engineering programs andpolicies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance, and the integration of sustainable materials and processes. Oversee the analysis and redesign of plant layouts, material handling systems, and workflow processes to enhance production efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness. Coordinate team members in identifying and resolving materials andproduction issues through analysis of test data, performance metrics, and defect trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality. Ensure compliance with applicableindustry standards, environmental regulations, and technological requirements by monitoring engineering practices and implementing necessary updates.
