Position Overview The Commercial Electrical Project Manager will oversee projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . This role requires someone who understands both field operations and project management and can effectively coordinate between crews, general contractors, and the office. Responsibilities Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and crews Review plans, specs, and contracts Schedule manpower, materials, and subcontractors Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders Maintain strong communication with general contractors and clients Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards Support field teams to keep jobs running smoothly Qualifications 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Project management experience in electrical construction Strong understanding of plans, specs, and job costing Experience with change orders, budgeting, and scheduling Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or allowance Paid time off Growth opportunities within a growing company
