Full-Time A growing engineering and land development firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee projects from initial proposal through design, permitting, and construction. Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, proposals, and client deliverables. Lead civil design and coordinate with engineers, drafters, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Prepare and review civil construction plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D . Oversee grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and utility design. Coordinate project approvals and permitting with local authorities. Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets and schedules. Review plans and deliverables for quality and accuracy. Mentor and manage design staff and delegate project tasks. Maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development. Manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications 5+ years of land development experience. 2+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of Civil 3D experience. P.E. license in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and land development. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
