Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (on-site) Lead an applied research organization that turns early-stage technology into fieldable missile and defense products. What you'll do Set the applied research strategy and investment plan Lead engineering managers and technical staff across multiple disciplines Partner with business development to capture research and prototype contracts Move promising technologies into product lines and programs of record Build ties with government labs, universities and industry partners What you bring Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred 15+ years in R&D or advanced engineering, 7+ years leading technical teams Experience winning and running government-funded research Active security clearance preferred
