Job Description
The utilities sector is entering a growth cycle and Honeywell is well-positioned to leverage its point solutions & cross‑business capabilities across grid upgrades, cyber security, metering, & behind‑the‑meter solutions. In this role, you will develop and implement business strategies to optimize and grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, innovation, voice of customer, manufacturing assets and engineering capabilities. This role owns overall performance, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role will have significant customer-facing engagement in leading and managing several key high-profile programs with regular updates to Honeywell senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- + Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Honeywell's utilities business vertical.
YOU MUST HAVE
- + 8+ years' leadership experience in strategy deployment, business management, sales, or program management within the utilities or related industry.

+ Bachelor or MBA preferred. + Strong sales, portfolio management and product marketing acumen particularly in new market spaces. + Proven track record of delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business. Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial metrics. + Strong tactical and strategic skills with the ability to manage change through exploration and learning. + Entrepreneurial mindset with a record of exceeding objectives. + Experience deploying and running financial and sales management operating systems. + Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. + Executive level written/verbal communication skill.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
