Heavy Civil - Project Manager
Airport, Infrastructure and TXDOT Houston, TX Key Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Engineering
7+ years of heavy civil design build construction experience
2+ years' experience in a project manager role with contract value of $50M+
Heavy civil experience with airports, TXDOT and municipal infrastructure preferred
Standard PM duties, deadlines, detail oriented, payroll, strong communications, profitability, financials, estimates, forecasting, change orders, budgeting, reporting, scheduling and more
Travel 35% in the regional area based on ongoing projects
Targeted base range $140
- 165k plus annual incentive and perks
