Abernathy, Texas Pay:
$62-65 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
60+ hours per week

Job Type:
Full-time Lead Electrical Construction on Major Oil & Gas Projects We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on major oil and gas projects in West Texas. This position oversees project delivery from startup through turnover, including scheduling, staffing, procurement, subcontractor management, financial performance, client communication, risk management, commissioning, and closeout. What You Will Do Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors Monitor project financial performance and forecasting Develop and execute project delivery strategies Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Manage project risks, change management, and issue resolution Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved Drive successful commissioning and project closeout activities What You Bring At least 8 years of electrical construction management experience Experience managing electrical construction projects valued at $20 million or more Oil and gas, industrial construction, or EPC project experience Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, clients, and multiple project teams Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to work 60 or more hours per week as project requirements demand Ability to work on active industrial construction sites in
West Texas Work Location:
