Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple ongoing complex engineering/industrial projects. This role offers an opportunity to manage field supervisors and aid in coordinating all phases of engineering/industrial building projects alongside our engineers and corporate-level management, from scheduling crews and equipment to acting as the bridge between engineering, fabrication, and installation. You will provide feedback and problem-solving between these phases from project conception through project completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to bring innovative solutions and meticulous attention to detail to every project. Your expertise will help shape the built environment while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of engineering/industrial projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Maintain field crew schedules and coordinate our boots on the ground. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance with safety standards. Oversee engineering/industrial project site activities to ensure quality control, safety protocols, and adherence to project timelines. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and detailed reports; address issues proactively to minimize delays. Ensure accurate project documentation including daily logs, incident reports, and inspection records. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating effective project coordination among all stakeholders. Skills Experience with industrial site management and field operations. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and engineering/industrial project drawings. Skilled in project scheduling and efficient timeline management. Familiarity with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering blueprints for site design coordination. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and engineering/industrial project documents accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects. Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
