$10,000 Overview Cyntech US Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to own projects end to end. The role is about 50% engineering and 50% project management. You will work directly with clients, solve technical problems, and produce practical, cost-effective civil and geotechnical designs. Responsibilities Own project schedules, priorities, and deliverables Serve as the primary client contact (calls, meetings, and in-person) Communicate status, technical issues, schedule changes, and recommendations Identify problems and lead issue resolution and change management Perform and oversee civil/geotechnical design Prepare and review plans, calculations, reports, and other technical documents Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience Experience working directly with clients and joining project meetings Strong design, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and stakeholders EIT preferred; progress toward PE is a plus Compensation $85,000-$90,000, based on experience.
