Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a liaison between designers, utility agencies, and clients; participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management. Manage boundary surveys, rightofway mapping, staking, topographic surveys, ALTA, utility surveys, and final mapping deliverables. Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and industry requirements. Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure accurate, highquality deliverables. Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support contract performance. Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review/approve invoices; assist with outstanding invoices and change order management. Promote T2ue services and support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging with current and prospective clients. Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality work products, and reliable service.
