Systems Engineering Design Management and Coordination (20% of the time) Review and provide feedback on budgets, bids, or contracts related to systems-design programs (including vendor/support needs, tools/services supporting program execution), and review financial performance against program plans. Assess project feasibility for proposed systems-design initiatives by analyzing technology readiness, labor and resource needs, dependencies, and product demand. Review program reports and expenditure reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with program rules and process compliance.
