Dell USA L.P. is seeking a Quality Principal Engineer for it's Round Rock, TX facility.

Duties:

Drive improvements in Process/Quality Engineering in the Supply Chain, Services Sales, Renewals, and Forecasting space. Align performance improvement initiatives with Dell Technology Services strategic north star goal and evaluate the financial impact of initiatives. Participate in program/business management of process/product designs and requirements to ensure the design-to-implementation cycle and assessment for business value drivers is completely managed from an end-to-end perspective. Drive and track product delivery. Influence globally distributed teams while presenting compelling data. Leverage historic data for Process Mining and identify bottlenecks in the process. Build upon interviews and data to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. Provide evidence-based facts and alternatives to build a consensus amongst stakeholders and design future-state processes. Present designs to leadership and justify investment needs with key metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Design products for critical system capability and manage the solution design release in stages. Drive new process adaptation. Track key metrics to identify further areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field and three (3) years of experience in quality analysis, software development, or related occupation. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field and five (5) years of experience in quality analysis, software development, or related occupation.

Experience must include:

business analysis; objectively identifying issues and analyzing options in a quantifiable way; Customer Experience Analysis or Market Research; Operations process design and implementation; optimization and automation;

SQL/R/XML

; internal operation systems such as Oracle; Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain processes; and software development.
