Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE)Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfactionLead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functionsManage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risksOversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial healthServe as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholdersMaintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progressDrive communication across teams and lead project meetingsIdentify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure project closeout documentation is completed on timePromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projectsQualificationsWhat You Will Bring 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required) Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issuesKnowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirementsExperience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
