• See Below Temple, TX Base | Nationwide Projects Preston Recruitment is searching for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver major Mission Critical and Data Center projects for a growing Texas electrical contractor.

The position is expected to be aligned with the company's Temple operation but requires significant flexibility to work on projects throughout the United States.

Package:

$150,000

• $185,000 base salary , depending on experience. $203/day per diem
• paid 7 days per week
• $1,800/month travel allowance $500

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Managing electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout Project budgets, forecasting and cost control Procurement and major material requirements Project schedules and milestone tracking Managing RFIs, submittals and change orders Coordinating with Superintendents and field leadership Client and GC communication Subcontractor and vendor management Billings, collections and cash flow Risk identification and corrective action Project documentation and compliance Supporting and developing junior project staff

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of electrical project management experience Electrical contracting experience Commercial, industrial or Mission Critical project background Data Center experience highly desirable Strong financial management skills Ability to interpret plans, specifications and contracts Procore / Microsoft Project experience advantageous Strong understanding of NEC and electrical construction practices Willingness to travel and spend extended periods on project sites OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain This is an excellent route into the fast-growing Mission Critical / Data Center construction market for a strong electrical PM prepared to travel.

$160,000.00
