Project Manager•
Mechanical Construction Location:
Midland, TX Overview A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead construction projects across the Midland / West Texas region. This role will focus on mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, and plumbing across commercial, industrial, and energy-sector work. This position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside experienced field and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing) Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and clients Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Review drawings/specifications and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Proactively identify risks and implement solutions Requirements 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction Strong background in HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial, or energy-related projects Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and controls Experience managing subcontractors and field operations Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar Strong communication and leadership skills What's on Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonus Full benefits package (health, 401k, etc.) Clear progression into Senior PM / leadership roles Stable pipeline of work across Texas Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Mechanical Designer Seattle
