You Will Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience. Experience formally leading engineering teams and/or organizations Demonstrated performance executing integration (make it work) and test (prove it) on an engineering development program. Demonstrated experience with agile software/hardware integration Experience in incremental verification of capabilities including integration and testing of initial and follow-on verification and fielding events Experience addressing cost, schedule, and technical quality for an engineering development project or systems integration project. Advanced knowledge within a single engineering discipline and experience across disciplines. Experience with complex engineering tools and processes (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) Active DoD Secret clearance, investigation must have been completed within last 5 years These Qualifications areStrongly Preferred:
16 years of STEM-focused experience Demonstrated ability to identify a complex problem, clearly communicate the problem statement and develop actionable solutions. Complex system of systems integration and test experience Experience across the development lifecycle from concept through verification, production and fielding Experience in managing customer and/or supplier relationships Prior experience interfacing with USAF leadership personnel Active DoD TS/SCI clearance Strong sense of urgency and work ethic in ensuring engineering meets customer and program expectations in a timely and efficient mannerPrimary Level Salary Range:
$193,800.00- $290,600.
