(MTSI) is seeking a Senior Disruptive Technology Project Manager to provide programmatic, technical, operational, and field support to Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) Research & Engineering (R&E) Mission Capabilities (MC) Multi-Domain Joint Operations (MDJO), Disruptive Technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep experience integrating innovative, asymmetric capabilities that deliver game changing combat advantage to the warfighter.
Key responsibilities:
Provide rapid strategic program integration across planning, budgeting, technical assessment, fielding and execution activities supporting the OSW R&E mission. Lead coordination between government stakeholders, operational units, engineering teams, and industry partners to ensure alignment of technology development and fielding goals. Translate operational needs and mission gaps into actionable program plans, technical requirements, and decision-ready recommendations. Support development, prototype integration, testing, and field deployment of advanced and disruptive technologies. Prepare senior-level briefings, technical documentation, schedules, roadmaps, and decision materials. Conduct operational assessments, user evaluations, and field activities to validate and transition mission-enhancing capabilities. Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across multi-domain and cross-organizational efforts. Assist in acquisition strategies, rapid prototyping workflows, and transition planning for technologies providing asymmetric advantages. Maintain awareness of emerging threats, operational trends, and state-of-the-art technologies relevant to joint warfighting needs.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success crafting, integrating, fielding, and executing asymmetric, game-changing capabilities for military or national security missions. Experience supporting DoD research, engineering, or rapid capability acquisition organizations. Strong understanding of multi-domain operations, joint mission needs, and technology-to-operator integration. Proven ability to interface effectively with senior government leaders, operational users, and technical teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop polished technical and programmatic products. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. Active TS/SCI DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting OUSD(R&E), Service RCOs, OSW SCO, joint operational commands, or advanced technology organizations. Background in systems engineering, mission engineering, prototyping, or operational test. Prior military operational experience, or direct support to operational units.
