What You'll Do:
Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foreman. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules. Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log. Coordinate with ToolsEquipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment Manage all subcontractors Ensure job sites are being kept safe Estimation of projects Perform other duties when asked
You Bring:
