Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and systems. 2. Manage and oversee all aspects of project management, from conception to completion. 3. Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. 4. Utilize your expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Design to improve the functionality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. 5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement. 6. Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and optimize manufacturing systems and processes. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that manufacturing processes align with company objectives and customer requirements. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and systems. 10. Provide technical guidance and training to engineering team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. 3. Proven experience in project management and product development. 4. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. 5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles. 6. Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 7. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 11. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
