Chemical CIP Coordinator Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Schedule, manage and facilitate monthly capital equipment and facilities review. Maintain tool master documentation. Understand tool requirements as related to installs, de-facilitation, and plant ops PM's. Work with Facilities to coordinate remodel projects ensuring the work is on schedule and meets project requirements. Work with facilities, trades, shipping, traffic, warehouses, equipment owners and area managers to install equipment. Represent the manufacturing areas to provide design coordination for equipment installs, relocations, upgrades and remodels. Work with facilities to coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled work, ensuring it is on schedule and meets project requirements. Maintain area as-builts, bullpen layouts and planned tool activity. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess equipment performance metrics, including uptime, downtime, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair). Be a TPM advocate and utilize established TPM methodologies (FARs, Troubles, 5why, Pareto analysis) to effectively solve problems and drive issues to root cause. Identify trends and patterns in equipment performance data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and prioritize upgrade projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TPM Core teams, Eng, Fab Areas) to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs aimed at minimizing unplanned downtime and maximizing equipment uptime. Lead root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures or performance issues and develop corrective action plans to address underlying problems. Work closely with equipment vendors and suppliers to research, evaluate, and select upgrade solutions that align with performance improvement objectives. Plan and execute equipment upgrade projects, including installation, commissioning, and validation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and maintain documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and project reports, to support continuous improvement efforts. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on new equipment installations and upgraded systems. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements through performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders, adjusting strategies as needed. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices related to equipment maintenance and performance optimization. Recommend and implement procedures to improve Safety in the workplace. Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injury, safety hazards, or environmental releases. Follow safe work practices. Perform safety analysis (Job Hazard Analysis) as required. Understand and enforce local and national government regulated standards as well as Micron policies. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
