Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Electronic Security Systems to lead the design, estimation, and engineering functions within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This leadership role involves managing a team of six security professionals supporting critical commercial and federal projects, including data centers for major clients like Amazon, Iron Mountain, and US Marshals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing technical designs, overseeing project estimations, and ensuring seamless transition from proposal to installation and commissioning. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic contract understanding, and leadership skills to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable electronic security solutions. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business development, and executive leadership to drive technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Top Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and communications systems At least 5 years' experience in Solutions Engineering, Requirements-Driven Design, and Systems Engineering 5 years supporting estimating, proposal development, engineering execution, field installation, commissioning, and project delivery Bachelor's Degree highly preferred; relevant technical certifications are a plus Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in complex security projects Strong understanding of contractual obligations, SLAs, SOWs, and budget management Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects

Salary Range:
