Electrical Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with both field and office experience who can confidently manage timelines, budgets, and project teams. You'll be working on high-impact projects including schools, medical facilities, and data centers, so attention to detail and strong coordination skills are critical. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination Prepare and manage change orders using Accubid Review drawings, markups, and project documentation using Bluebeam Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success Track project progress and proactively resolve issues Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of electrical project management experience (commercial project experience required) Experience working on schools, hospitals, or data center projects strongly preferred Proficiency with Accubid (change orders required) Proficiency with Bluebeam (required) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and organizational skills Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Someone who can take ownership of projects without hand-holding Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working in both office and field settings Problem-solver who can keep projects moving forward Why Join This Company Steady pipeline of commercial projects Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-visibility builds Collaborative team environment Competitive compensation based on experience
