Job Description The Project Executive will: Lead the successful execution of large-scale construction projects ranging from $75M to $500M+. Oversee all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout. Direct project teams and empower staff to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals. Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with operations, preconstruction, and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and risk management activities. Implement construction best practices, means and methods, and operational efficiencies. Review contracts, project documentation, change management processes, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and project pursuits. Champion a customer-focused approach that consistently exceeds client expectations. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Executive should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 15+ years of construction industry experience. 10+ years of experience working for a general contractor. Experience leading construction projects ranging from $75M to $500M+. Diverse project experience including renovations and large ground-up facilities. Strong understanding of estimating, construction means and methods, accounting, document administration, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating teams. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceptional project outcomes.
