Ensure all staff are equipped with the training, tools, and knowledge required for their specific roles.

Workflow Optimization:

Develop and enforce procedures and policies to promote efficient engineering operations.

Workload Delegation:

Empower direct reports to prioritize and schedule assignments to meet budgetary and performance targets.

Technical Oversight:

Advise management on project status and potential engineering obstacles to ensure adequate resource allocation.

Mentorship:

Lead and mentor direct reports to build their management, ethical standards, and decision-making capabilities.

Training & Evaluation:

Plan and oversee professional development and self-evaluation opportunities for all section personnel.

Talent Acquisition:

Review applications and participate in hiring efforts for new personnel and independent contractors.

Performance Monitoring:

Facilitate regular section meetings to assess progress on current jobs and projects.

Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Safety Training:
