This individual will be responsible for driving project performance, developing and mentoring leadership teams, strengthening client relationships, and partnering with senior executives to support long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is an established construction leader who excels in operational management, team development, financial oversight, and organizational growth. Skills and Requirements 15+ years of commercial construction experience5+ years of experience leading project teams, construction operations, or business unitsProven success overseeing commercial construction projects valued at $20MExperience managing multiple projects, project executives, project managers, and field leadership teamsStrong background in commercial construction operations, project controls, and executive-level decision-makingExperience with CM at Risk, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methodsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, cost control, and profitability managementExperience reviewing and managing complex project schedules and resource planning effortsContract negotiation and stakeholder management experienceDemonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and retain high-performing construction teamsExecutive-level communication and relationship-building skillsExperience collaborating with ownership, executive leadership, clients, and design partnersBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Building Construction, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience leading construction operations for a regional or multi-office contractorExperience supporting business growth, client development, and strategic planning initiativesStrong network within the commercial construction industryTrack record of implementing operational improvements and driving organizational performanceExperience serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership or ownership groups We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
