An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description
DescriptionThe candidate will be working as a member of the SSD-Direct program team as we work to provide faster than same day delivery across North America. We are looking for a Program Manager with proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role will have a focus on operational design, launch and expansion of the program. This role can require up to 20-30% travel annually. This position will be open to Bellevue & Nashville. Key job responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
- Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance.
- Developing and utilizing data inputs and KPI's to inform operational adjustments.
- Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands.
- Partnering with Directors, Senior Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
