Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects. Experience in data domains (e.g., data analytics, databases, business intelligence) and cloud segmentation, with experience working with customers. Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools. Experience working with product and engineering teams. Experience at the center of Product and Sales organizations managing Vice President (VP) relationships, with a track record of translating complex product strategy into actionable behaviors and outcomes, and successfully holding the tension between Product and Sales to drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. About the job Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands. In this role, you will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) operations for Data Cloud in partnership with the Product, Regional Specialist Sales and Customer Engineer (CE) leads, and Partner teams. You will build GTM strategies, drive alignment between the GTM and Data Cloud organizations, support the rollout of cross-product area solutions to support business growth, and run customer management programs. You will work across functions, collaborating with global and regional sales leadership, GTM Sales and Operations, Solutions, Partner, and Product teams. You will also seek to understand GTM performance and Data Cloud global pipeline by analyzing data and gathering customer and field feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunity. Responsibilities Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable insights to increase productivity. Support the execution of customer management programs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Design and lead programs around new customer acquisition, business attainment, and market development objectives. Gather customer and field feedback and work with the Data Cloud product teams to continually optimize GTM strategy and execution, aligned to changing market and customer needs. Organize the design and implementation of the business cadence to deliver effective operations including reporting success of Data Cloud GTM by running regional Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)/QBRs with the General Manager (GM) and field leaders and GTM-Product Interlock sessions.
