(JLL) is seeking an Engineering Director to lead building engineering operations across a commercial real estate portfolio. You will oversee property infrastructure, MEP systems, energy and sustainability initiatives, vendor management, and capital projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facilities. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop engineering standards, budgets, and long term asset strategies. You will mentor and develop on-site engineering teams, drive operational excellence, support technology-enabled solutions, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, contracts, and KPIs.
