Description Coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on (Design-Build) projects or value engineering opportunities on (Bid-Build) projects. Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers. Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency. Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
